MOD keeps saying battery is low even with a new full charge batteries. I have 8 new batteries and all have the same issues with the MOD.

No problem with the mod. Your shipping sucks, though. FedEx is the worst option, and I'd like to shop with you guys, but I can't do FedEx. Gotta shop somewhere else because of that...

No customer service.  No response.  I received an Aegis M100 rather than the L200 I ordered.  Cannot reach them except email.  No response, not even a refund of the $5 difference in price.

I got 2 cons:
1) USB C port don't work properly, you have to set the cable in a particular position making pressure to a side for the device to charge.
2) This device don't have an intelligent chip to constrain the watts at the range of the coil your using, so be careful if you forget to lock it and you put it in your pocket, it can go out of range and burns your coil.
