I have long been a loyal and consistent customer of this company, regularly spending lots of money and overlooking the imperfections without complaint. I've also been using SMOK products for years. So when this product died after only six weeks, and I immediately (in good faith, stupidly) bought another new identical unit. I expected traditional good-business practices to kick in and provide me some kind of consideration of my status as a Good Customer.... WRONG!!! This company's ONLY response, repeated multiple times during our time-consuming fruitless back-and-forth exchanges was that I need to deal directly with the Chinese manufacturer.... Right....
