I ordered cold man by Sengoku and another bottle by Sengoku showed up. I sent a message and a very nice young lady explained that they would compare the order to the Pic I sent of what was actually delivered. I asked if I could just get the right bottle sent. Refunds only she said. "Cold Man" has not shown up again on the web site (well, it has but its not in stock, see below). The refund has not shown up either but that could be winding its way thru the ether. There's one more thing that I'm sure most folks find annoying, stop listing items that are out of stock. Or indicate the inventory. Please. No one likes to search for their fav vape or something new, only to click on "add to my cart" and be told that it is not in stock. This is doubly cofounding since there are so many items out of stock. I like the site, I like the support staff, I like the prices, I like the selection, I like the delivery times.
