My favorite mod December 8, 2023 Reviewer: Linda M from Knoxville, TN United States   The only negative I've ever experienced with the SMOK Stick Prince is that they leak when you first use them. The fix is to take the tank apart and tighten the coil and all other bits as much as possible. Voila, no leaks. The size of the glass tank means hours (most of the day for me) between tank refills. The power results in a great, throat hit full of vapor. It's light, compared to most other mods, which is perfect for my small hands and wrist strength. And it's not fiddly with a lot of dials and adjustments and parameters. It just works. I love that. Was this review helpful to you?

Inferior Product, Inferior Customer Service November 12, 2023 Reviewer: Andrew Sizemore from Matthews, NC United States   I have long been a loyal and consistent customer of this company, regularly spending lots of money and overlooking the imperfections without complaint.  I've also been using SMOK products for years.  So when this product died after only six weeks, and I immediately (in good faith, stupidly) bought another new identical unit.  I expected traditional good-business practices to kick in and provide me some kind of consideration of my status as a Good Customer....  WRONG!!!  This company's ONLY response, repeated multiple times during our time-consuming fruitless back-and-forth exchanges was that I need to deal directly with the Chinese manufacturer....
