I completely understand when there are certain items out of stock. Luckily a representative texted me so I could choose a replacement color for one I ordered. After having them confirm my choice, you can imagine my frustration when they sent me the wrong color, but on my receipt it was obvious they wrote down on my invoice my selected colors. So, my rating is 1 star because not only did they send me the WRONG ONE, they make it almost impossible to return the item since I already paid a $20.00 shipping (for signature bla bla bla that doesn't actually make you sign anything) just another way to scam more $$ from buyers. But I am now arguing with them via text & email to make sure they know they screwed up, NOT ME, and they should rectify it. Or I will NEVER buy from them again.
