I have been ordering disposables for about 9 months now. My orders generally are about $150 to $300 per order. I like the taste and the ease of the disposables. The only thing that I  don't like is that if and when i do an order there are always 2 to 3 of the disposables that don't work. They are defective, leaking, or don't taste right. I have had an issue with every order as i order in bulk. The first time it happened i had 3 or 4 pens that didn't work. i called the customer care line, they replaced it but informed me that in the future orders they will not reimburse or refund me for defective or leaking disposables. Which is one of the downfalls from ordering from here. I still order knowing this as it is convenient but in the future when I do find another place I will probably stop ordering.
