Product was fine but customer service is horrible |

I tried contacting customer service 3 times through contact us on their website and even left a message on phone. Two weeks later, the only response I got was AFTER I made a purchase asking me rate their service. I hate having to put orders in every couple of weeks and wanted to purchase a large quantity. I was only able to purchase an order for under $100 to get July's coupon code. I would have been much happier spending a couple hundred and getting free shipping. Order arrived on time, but company and myself would have benefited if someone had contacted me back after a week of begging them to answer my questions. Other sellers have it selling at a higher price, but in the long run, I think I would have saved money. Paying $18 for shipping to send to the same state its coming from and not being allowed to spend more than $100 to get a discount is absurd. Thank God I didn't have a problem with the order or I would never be able to get it corrected. ZERO customer service.
