No exchanges for defective items November 13, 2020 Reviewer: DG from On A Hill, KY United States   The battery door on The mod would not close they would not exchange the item for me I had to go through geekvape and now I'm crossing my fingers that ejuice connect is an authorized dealer so I can get a replacement. Nice mod, with some weirdness. November 6, 2020 Reviewer: William Sanchez from Pickens, SC United States   I am overall happy so far. Be aware it's kinda big and heavy, but that's the IP67 rating that makes this device so attractive. The charging port is in a very strange location, on top, and it's recessed enough to make many cables incompatible. The tank is kinda crap. It took forever to wick and it is prone to popping if it hasn't been used for a couple hours. I doubt I'll ever get more coils once I've worn out what came in the box. Was this review helpful to you?
