Great product poor customer service! April 26, 2021 Reviewer: Anonymous Person   The product itself is great! But selected the additional $6.99 for no signature. But post office still Refused to deliver without signature. When attempting to get refund, I ended up disputing with my credit card even after sending screen shot of their own website stating no signature fee.
