Been a customer for years buying all of our vape supplies on a regular basis. Many of our orders had either the wrong juice or wrong coils or both  Got to the point to where I had to leave order notes as reminders to not send the wrong juice or coils. My recent order I received the wrong coils once again. Customer Service told me they will send a shipping label for me to print out. All I need is to get the actual item that I ordered. Don't want to have my money in limbo on a return when I need the coils NOW. I don't have the money to buy more coils while waiting to get the initial coils that I should have received to begin with. I have had nothing but good experiences with ejuice connect customer service over the years. Because of that I remained a loyal customer. Having to spend money I don't have to buy more coils. Who in the warehouse keeps getting the black packs of Freemax coils confused with the blue packs of Freemax coils? Time to find a new vendor to consistently buy from.
