Does not work!  Plugged in my charger to make sure it wasn't dead, that wasn't the case.  I sent an email with a video to customer service several days ago including a video to prove it was a bad vape, and wanted it replaced...No response, oh but they had time to send me this email to give a good review.  I'm pretty disgusted considering I've spent hundreds of dollars with them!
