Best customer service ever!! May 22, 2026 Reviewer: Carlos W from Tacoma, WA   First off i ordered this 80 watt kit and it was delivered super fast. Loved the shipping speed! Unfortunately the device was defective and would not work properly. Really bummed me out. Messaged with the customer service team explained my situation and received a response the next day. Again A+ for their promptness. I was given a credit for a replacement and treated with respect. I ordered the replacement item and again shipping was fast. The replacement device works great. I have 8 or 9 of these devices they are so great, easy to maintain and swap coils. They replaced my rebuildable mods because of their simplicity. The customer service team member that helped me was Karla, please thank her and your team for the great service. The bottom line is this company made it right and that tells me a whole lot about their character. I will definitely be shopping here again and recommend everyone I know. Great pod mod kit April 28, 2024 Reviewer: Janet Hager from Florida   Love the weight, how it fits in my hand, the draw, the hit, the flavor. This is a fantastic mod, love, love love it! Very sturdy, doesn't leak. The only thing I'm not a huge fan of is the fill port on the bottom side. Other than that, everything else about this great little vape mod is top notch and well makes up for the fill port.  Did I say  that I love it?! Was this review helpful to you?
