This device really let me down. I got it, it pulled really nice, it felt nice to hold, and it easily became my favorite. In 3 months from my original purchase, I started encountering problems charging. It would say it's charging, but it wouldn't go up past a certain number. I returned it, was sent a new device and again, within 3 months, I started having charging problems. I had to angle the wire different ways to get it to pick up a charge. What sucks is I just bought coils for this dang thing. I've never used anything but Smok devices because they pull so nice. Unfortunately, their structural designs cause them to falter, lose charge, and even when I lock devices, EACH device I've owned has had issues going off in my pocket; burning my leg and burning out coils. They have to do something about the devices going off in pockets.
