USPS Vape Shipping Ban Oct 21st

We Have Secured Alternative Shipping Methods To Many States Within the Continental U.S. and will Update as Reliable Carriers become Available

The United States Postal Service (USPS) has published its final ruling, and will no longer ship vaping products as of October 21, 2021. All orders that are currently out for delivery with USPS were shipped prior to that date.

ANNOUNCEMENT REGARDING CURRENT & FUTURE SHIPPING COVERAGE, SIGNATURE REQUIREMENTS, AND TRACKING.

We have secured reliable shipping for many states through a trusted network of shipping carriers. The remainder of the states will be published once we know the full list. The bad news is the shipping rates will most likely increase slightly compared to the USPS rates. Shipping time frames are expected to be 2 to 3 days longer than current delivery times.

Shipping After USPS Shut Off: We plan to continue to work hard to be able to provide shipping everywhere that legally allows vape products. Ejuice Connect has a dedicated team working tirelessly on securing shipping carriers and platforms in order to make this transition as seamless as possible.

PLEASE NOTE: IF YOU DO NOT CURRENTLY GET MAIL OR PACKAGE DELIVERY AT YOUR RESIDENCE OR WORKPLACE, YOUR ORDER WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE FOR PICKUP AT A USPS POSTAL FACILITY. OUR CARRIERS ARE UNABLE TO DELIVER TO PO BOXES.

Coverage will be limited in the initial rollout and we may not be able to serve our entire customer base due to logistical constraints or lack of regional carrier service. However, as the carriers' coverage expands, we will make sure shipping services are made available as soon as possible. Shipping options, costs, and coverage areas will be made available during the checkout process. We will be adding a zip code checker to find out if delivery is available in your location.

We are no longer able to ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Military Addresses, U.S. Terrorities, and International customers.


State Regulations

Orders with prohibited items will be removed and canceled from the order, subject to the entire order being canceled and refunded while the rest of the package will be processed normally.

We are unable to ship any products to the following states due to State's Regulations

Effective 3/27/2021:

All packages will be Adult Signature Required parcels (21+) and MUST be signed for. Drop-off is not available!

Due to the amendments to the PACT Act, all vape mail packages will require an adult signature (effective March 27, 2021), which will greatly increase shipping costs. In accordance with Federal Law, we will not be able to ship to PO boxes. Once USPS ceases to ship ENDS (all vape including hardware) we will transition to alternative carrier solutions and will continue to service our customers in the continental U.S utilizing a network of local and regional carriers to ensure that packages arrive quickly,


We’re planning to expand carrier selection in the future so customers have more shipping options to choose from. All packages will be Adult Signature Required parcels (21+) and MUST be signed for. Drop-off not available.


Because of this, we’re urging you to send vape mail to your places of work, so it’s easier to receive a package during the day. Or if someone is at home during the day, they can sign for the package. The signee does not have to be the recipient of the package, but only an adult who lives or works at the shipping address.

We’ll continue to provide tracking for your packages so you know when to expect your mail.

Shipping:

There is a 24 - 48 hour processing time for all orders, with most orders sent out for delivery within 24 hours during business weekdays. We strive to ship orders out as quickly as possible. After the processing period, a tracking email is automatically sent to the email on the order to confirm that your package is ready for shipment and the information has been sent to the carrier. All shipping transit times are estimated delivery times set by the logistics company and may be handled by different carriers depending upon your location. Please be advised that we are unable to service some areas. Incorrect addresses or missing apartment or suite numbers will result in delays.

Please DO NOT use the address or your local post office as ONLY USPS can deliver to a PO, RR, HC box, and all USPS postal facilities, This will result in order cancellation. ONLY USPS can deliver to a USPS PO BOX and post office.

We process orders Monday - Friday, excluding Holidays. We do not process orders on Saturdays, Sundays, and U.S Federal Holidays. All orders placed between Friday evening through Sunday will be shipped the following business day excluding postal Holidays and natural disasters.

We ship orders in their entirety and your shipment may be delayed due to "out of stock" items or refunded for any missing products that will cause a delay of more than a day. Unfortunately, we are unable to ship back-ordered items separately due to the additional shipping costs.

Please be aware that the tamper-proof rings on Unicorn Type Bottles may be weak and can break off and/or come loose during shipping. EJuice Connect will not offer replacements due to broken tamper rings. We are not responsible for damages incurred during transit. It is the buyer's responsibility to file a claim with USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

EJuiceConnect.com, LLC is not responsible for delayed, misdelivered, or stolen packages. Once your order is scanned by USPS or any other delivery agents it is under the sole care and control of USPS, or any other agents to safely deliver the package to the purchaser or assigned recipient as assigned to in the shipping address. EJuiceConnect.com, LLC EJuiceConnect.com, LLC is not responsible for incorrect shipping information given by the purchaser. All packages returned to us due to a wrong address will be refunded less the cost of shipping.

It is the sole responsibility of the purchaser to provide the correct shipping address information at the time of placing the order and additional shipping costs will apply on all orders that are returned due to incorrect shipping information. Ownership of packages accepted by the carrier transfers to the buyer. We cannot be responsible for lost, held, damaged packages, incorrect shipping info, stolen packages, or misdelivery errors via carrier (example: delivered scan but not delivered).

Shipping is a service you purchase from USPS along with your order from us, so any shipping issues must be handled by USPS. If you do not agree to this policy you will not be able to complete a purchase as the terms & conditions box must be checked. There will be NO exceptions to this policy.

Please note: Certain orders will be shipped to the cardholder's verified billing address If we are unable to verify the shipping address, or the order will be canceled without notice.

Late Shipments

Due to the high volume of packages that USPS receives, please keep in mind that tracking information may not be automatically updated. While ou carriers offer reliable and expedient service, errors and delays may occur. Errors and delays caused by or as a result of the carrier are not the responsibility of Ejuice Connect and must be resolved by contacting the logistics company directly by clicking on the tracking number listed on your shipping confirmation email. Please make sure the email address listed on your order is correct.

We do not guarantee transit times and shipping fees are non-refundable through us. For more information, please contact the carrier directly. If you feel your shipment was late due to a service failure, a claim can be filed by contacting the shipping carrier to file a claim

Once your order has been shipped, the tracking number will be sent to the email address registered to your account. This information can also be viewed when logged into your account on the "my account" page. Please do not be alarmed if the delivery confirmation (tracking) for your package has not been updated in a few days.

Delivery confirmation does not update until the package has been scanned at the carrier's sorting facility, transit location, or hub. All delivery issues should be addressed directly with the shipping company.

Carriers occasionally make the mistake of misrouting a package. Unfortunately, these errors are out of our control and we are not responsible for errors or delays by local carriers. Most times it is caused by incomplete or Incorrect Address Submissions: Please review your shipping address carefully when placing an order. Errors in the shipping address will cause delays in transit times or returned orders.

Note: During the busy holiday season and after holiday sales, processing can take up to 72 business hours. Our team works hard every day to ensure customers receive packages as soon as possible so we greatly appreciate your patience.

International Shipping
Currently NOT available in most countries.

Where allowed, International orders may be subject to import taxes and duty fees. The customer is responsible for paying these charges. We ship at your own risk, but there is a chance they WILL BE confiscated. We are not responsible for these products if done so.

Return Policy

All sales are final, If there is an issue with your order, please contact customer service for more information about returning an item.

EjuiceConnect.com LLC is not responsible for manufacturer defects or warranties. If there is an issue with your order, please contact customer service for more information on returning an item. We do not cover manufacturer warranties and returns will be accepted at our discretion. The customer is responsible for sending back complete kits with everything received in original packaging and must be accompanied by the original receipt. We will only accept returns and issue refunds for items that have been authorized and given an RMA. Orders approved for RMA must have tracking on the return shipment. We will refund your order upon receipt providing everything is returned as received. Items cannot be exchanged, only refunded. If we find your return was in working order you may be subject to a restocking fee. Cancellations:

PLEASE NOTE: Orders can no longer be canceled once the package has been shipped and the customer will be responsible for shipping costs if the package is refused and returned to us. We will refund the cost of the order less any applied discounts and shipping costs once we receive the returned order. Please allow 5 - 7 days processing time once the order is received by us.
