Service commitments for local 1-day Priority Mail will not change. Priority Mail’s two and three day service commitments now will be extended to three and four days respectively. Customers will continue to receive end-to-end visibility and improved product tracking, as well as up to $50 in free insurance. With the extra day extension, customers should expect delivery using Priority Mail Open and Distribute (PMOD) to range from two to four days nationwide.
There is a 24 - 48 hour processing time for all orders, with most orders sent out for delivery within 24 hours during business weekdays. We strive to ship orders out as quickly as possible. After the processing period, a tracking email is automatically sent to the email on the order to confirm that your package is ready for shipment and sent to USPS for shipping deliveries. All shipping transit times are estimated delivery times set by USPS. It is the sole responsibility of the purchaser to provide the correct shipping address information at the time of placing the order and additional shipping costs will apply on all orders that are returned due to incorrect shipping information. .Ownership of packages accepted by USPS transfers to the buyer. We cannot be responsible for lost, held, damaged packages, incorrect shipping info, stolen packages or misdelivery errors via carrier (example: delivered scan but not delivered). Shipping is a service you purchase from USPS along with your order from us, so any shipping issues must be handled by USPS. Ejuice Connect ships packages to many countries worldwide. Keep in mind we are unaware of your local laws and you, the customer assumes all shipping risks. Once the package leaves our hands there is nothing we can do from that point. All international mail is shipped via USPS. UPS or FedEx. If you order any e-juice, your customs form will be labeled as e-juice. We will not stretch the truth or under-declare values on any packages. We offer a variety of international shipping methods. Note: Customers are responsible for all customs and duty fees when importing products into their country. In certain cases, the packages may get held up in customs, or never delivered. We apologize for the inconvenience but international customers assume that risk, and once we ship it internationally we consider it a finalized sale. The customer is responsible for sending back complete kits with everything received in original packaging and must be accompanied by the original receipt. We will only accept returns and issue refunds for items that have been authorized and given an RMA. Orders approved for RMA must have tracking on the return shipment. We will refund your order upon receipt providing everything is returned as received. Items cannot be exchanged, only refunded. If we find your return was in working order you may be subject to a restocking fee. Be aware that the tamper-proof rings on Unicorn Type Bottles may be weak and can break off and/or come loose during shipping. EJuice Connect will not offer replacements due to broken tamper rings. Cancellations: PLEASE NOTE: Orders can no longer be canceled once the package has been shipped and the customer will be responsible for shipping costs if the package is refused and returned to us.
