We are fully stocked and open for business.
The unfortunate truth is that pretty much all retailers are experiencing some shipping delays due to the pandemic, but you will still get what you need delivered within a few days. Given anticipated delays related to social distancing and “shelter in place” orders, we are extending the standard shipping window from 24 - 48 hours to 72+ hours in an effort to ensure everyone's orders are shipped in the safest possible manner with reduced shipping crews working extended hours in staggered shifts to meet demand. You may continue to receive standard order communications (including shipment reminders); however, this shipping update will remain in place as we prioritize the well-being of our staff, customers and community. When you receive a shipping confirmation it means your order is being processed and a shipping label has been created, but may not leave the facility for 24 to 72 hours (business weekdays) it can take up to 5 business days to be shipped out. We thank you for your understanding during these trying times.

COVID-19 Update April 15th: We have been working long hours and most shipments are being shipped within 48 hours during business weekdays. USPS has posted there may be delays in some areas, but we have observed that most orders are being received within a week.

COVID-19 USPS Shipping Update

Effective April 17, 2020 The Postal Service’s flagship Priority Mail Express service, which guarantees overnight service, will not change.

Service commitments for local 1-day Priority Mail will not change.

Priority Mail’s two and three day service commitments now will be extended to three and four days respectively. Customers will continue to receive end-to-end visibility and improved product tracking, as well as up to $50 in free insurance.

With the extra day extension, customers should expect delivery using Priority Mail Open and Distribute (PMOD) to range from two to four days nationwide.


Shipping:

There is a 24 - 48 hour processing time for all orders, with most orders sent out for delivery within 24 hours during business weekdays. We strive to ship orders out as quickly as possible. After the processing period, a tracking email is automatically sent to the email on the order to confirm that your package is ready for shipment and sent to USPS for shipping deliveries. All shipping transit times are estimated delivery times set by USPS.

We process orders Monday - Friday, excluding Holidays. We do not process orders on Saturdays, Sundays, and U.S Federal Holidays. All orders placed between Friday evening through Sunday will be shipped the following business day excluding postal Holidays and natural disasters.

We ship orders in their entirety and your shipment may be delayed due to "out of stock" items or refunded for any missing products that will cause a delay of more than a day. Unfortunately, we are unable to ship back-ordered items separately due to the additional shipping costs.

Please be aware that the tamper-proof rings on Unicorn Type Bottles may be weak and can break off and/or come loose during shipping. EJuice Connect will not offer replacements due to broken tamper rings.

Once your order is scanned by USPS or any other delivery agents it is under the sole care and control of USPS, or any other agents to safely deliver the package to the purchaser or assigned recipient as assigned to in the shipping address. EJuiceConnect.com, llc EJuiceConnect.com, llc is not responsible for incorrect shipping information given by the purchaser. All packages returned to us due to a wrong address will be refunded less the cost of shipping.

It is the sole responsibility of the purchaser to provide the correct shipping address information at the time of placing the order and additional shipping costs will apply on all orders that are returned due to incorrect shipping information. .Ownership of packages accepted by USPS transfers to the buyer. We cannot be responsible for lost, held, damaged packages, incorrect shipping info, stolen packages or misdelivery errors via carrier (example: delivered scan but not delivered).

Shipping is a service you purchase from USPS along with your order from us, so any shipping issues must be handled by USPS. If you do not agree to this policy you will not be able to complete a purchase as the terms & conditions box must be checked. There will be NO exceptions to this policy.

Please note: Certain orders will be shipped to the cardholder's verified billing address If we are unable to verify the shipping address, or the order will be canceled without notice.

Late Shipments

Due to the high volume of packages that USPS receives, please keep in mind that tracking information may not be automatically updated. While USPS offers reliable and expedient service, errors and delays may occur. Errors and delays caused by or as a result of USPS are not the responsibility of Ejuice Connect and must be resolved by contacting USPS directly in the contact provided below.

We do not guarantee transit times and shipping fees are non-refundable through us. For more information, please contact the carrier directly. If you feel your shipment was late due to a service failure, a claim can be filed by contacting the shipping carrier USPS® Customer ServiceCall 1-800-ASK-USPS® (1-800-275-8777) to file a claim

Once your order has been shipped, the tracking number will be sent to the email address registered to your account. This information can also be viewed when logged into your account in the "my account" page. Please do not be alarmed if the delivery confirmation (USPS version of tracking) for your package has not updated in a few days. USPS delivery confirmation does not update until the package has reached a sorting facility, transit locations, or your local post office. There are no updates in between and all delivery issues should be addressed with your local post office. USPS offers speedy and reliable service at a low cost. However, they can and will occasionally make the mistake of misrouting a package. Unfortunately, these errors are out of our control and we are not responsible for errors or delays by USPS. Incomplete or Incorrect Address Submissions: Please review your shipping address carefully when placing an order. Errors in the shipping address will cause delays in transit times or returned orders.

Note: During the busy holiday season and after holiday sales, processing can take up to 72 business hours. Our team works hard every day to ensure customers receive packages as soon as possible so we greatly appreciate your patience.

International Shipping

International orders may be subject to import taxes and duty fees. The customer is responsible for paying these charges. We ship at your own risk, but there is a chance they WILL BE confiscated. We are not responsible for these products if done so.

Ejuice Connect ships packages to many countries worldwide. Keep in mind we are unaware of your local laws and you, the customer assumes all shipping risks. Once the package leaves our hands there is nothing we can do from that point. All international mail is shipped via USPS. UPS or FedEx. If you order any e-juice, your customs form will be labeled as e-juice. We will not stretch the truth or under-declare values on any packages. We offer a variety of international shipping methods. Note: Customers are responsible for all customs and duty fees when importing products into their country. In certain cases, the packages may get held up in customs, or never delivered. We apologize for the inconvenience but international customers assume that risk, and once we ship it internationally we consider it a finalized sale. International orders may be subject to import taxes and duty fees. The customer is responsible for paying these charges. We ship at your own risk, but there is a chance they WILL BE confiscated. MailInternational postage is based on weight. Express International Mail is assigned a tracking number and can be tracked until it is delivered to the customer. Your package will arrive to you in 3 – 10 business days, but because of potential customs delays, this process may take up to 20 business days. USPS Express Mail

Return Policy

All sales are final, If there is an issue with your order, please contact customer service for more information about returning an item.

EjuiceConnect.com LLC is not responsible for manufacturer defects or warranties. If there is an issue with your order, please contact customer service for more information on returning an item. We do not cover manufacturer warranties and returns will be accepted upon our discretion. The customer is responsible for sending back complete kits with everything received in original packaging and must be accompanied with original receipt. We will only accept returns and issue refunds for items that have been authorized and given an RMA. Orders approved for RMA must have tracking on the return shipment. We will refund your order upon receipt providing everything is returned as received. Items cannot be exchanged, only refunded. If we find your return was in working order you may be subject to a restocking fee. Covid-19 and Returns:
Due to COVID-!9 our administrative staff are working remotely and cannot access or handle returned packages that may contain open or used merchandise due to potential health risks. We thank you for your understanding and processing times will be delayed.

Cancellations:

PLEASE NOTE: Orders can no longer be canceled once the package has been shipped and the customer will be responsible for shipping costs if the package is refused and returned to us. We will refund the cost of the order less any applied discounts and shipping costs once we receive the returned order. Please allow 5 - 7 day processing time once the order is received by us.
