These are great coils and are not available in any of the vape shops locally so I have to purchase them from here. They last way longer than any other coil I've used in the past.

The problem is, the FedEx shipping costs are more expensive than the coils and I'm currently looking for other places that carry them. The shipping cost of this item has become prohibitive. I'm currently working with our local shops to see if they will carry them. I'm not seeing any other method available for shipping except FedEx.

So the Freemax tank I use requires the FD-1 0.15 coils. I live between No where and Way Over There and it's a 30 minute drive to any vape shop around me. What is frustrating is that I ask those people to order in the coils I need and they never bother. These people not only have my coils, their shipping is via FedEx and is pretty fast. I'm not real happy with shipping costs, but if I have to pay it to get my coils, then so be it. The limited contact I've had with support people has been positive and I have no complaints thus far. I just hold my breath, hoping they don't discontinue the product

1 of 5 Sent Wrong Coils Twice - No Customer Service! June 3, 2023

I order the FL 1D. It's really simple, it has 1 hole in the middle. You sent me 3 FL Mesh 3, with 3 holes in the middle. I emailed customer service and never got a reply......

2nd try, I order 3 packs of FL 1D coils. You sent 1 pack of FL 1D and 2 packs of FL Mesh 3?!??!?!!!

Clearly there is an issue in the warehouse, but good luck getting ahold of anyone to fix their screw ups!

For how much it costs for shipping and excise taxes it is a JOKE to get my order wrong twice in a row and have nobody respond.
