So I understand that this particular models have been around for some time , I received both and they didn't hold a charge nor did they turn on when unplugged , I sent an email to customer service with video of the issue and explaining that even though it's an old model , when you buy something brand new that they're advertising for sale , then you are expecting to get an item that works flawlessly brand new out of the box , the fact is that they were probably sitting on the shelf for a very long time and the batteries were completely discharged. Customer service explained that they've had previous complaints about this model and they would send me a refund that I still have yet to receive, so if you know a product is dated and has had multiple complaints....take it off the shelves and the site and don't list it for sale

I have owned 2 Sigelei vape units before they lasted a long time. But gosh I would have purchased this sooner had I known how smooth it is.  Easy to use...  I have nothing but good things to say about Sigelei company!
