This is my favorite flavor, as well as the Strawberry Cereal Donut Milk. You can adjust the air flow for a stronger or more mellow hit. As far as shipping, it's hit or miss. My first order came within a few days, but this past order is taking a while. It says 5 day shipping, but I ordered a week ago today (a Sunday) and I'm still waiting.
