I have used Ejuice Connect for years with little issues. However this November I placed an order which was over $100. The shipper damaged the product in transit. When contacting Ejuice connect I was told the product had to be returned to them before a refund will be given. The shipper never sent back due to damage. The company, when contacted again, told me no refund without produce. So I'm out over $100 three months later. I would recommend another company that will honor their ability to send products properly and take responsibility.
