I was shipped the wrong coils:( was able to prove this to ejuice connect. This was THEIR ERROR, NOT MINE. I am extremely broke right now and so was only able to order the bare minimum and only because I had a 25% off promo code that can only be used once! It is always $10.25 shipping regardless of what you order. All this in mind, I explained to them that I could not afford more coils with shipping. However, they insisted that I am only entitled to a refund of said coils which last time took two weeks, and even then the refund price because of the discount code will not even be enough to cover the correct coils, let alone the extra $10.25 in shipping I will have to pay. This is the second time that this has happened, an error in what I received. I have only placed 5 orders... What does this tell you? I used to love ejuice connect!!! But their policies and customer service is less than par:( very sad and disappointed....I'll be shopping elsewhere from now on:( good luck to all of you
