We have placed several decent sized orders, our last order was a complete nightmare and terrible customer service,and lack of updates. They created a shipping label but it didn’t ship, when we called to check the status we found out that the product we ordered was out of stock. We received no further communication from them after our call. Fast forward and our order finally ships out, it shipped on a day that actually had discounts offered, but we didn’t receive any type of discount or communication. Very disappointed in the lack of customer service or communication with loyal customers
